A quiet channel,
under your control.
Apollo XR Studio collects only the information needed to share new artwork, editions, events, and studio experiments with people who explicitly ask to receive them.
Collector updates
When you join the collector list, Apollo XR stores your email address, optional first name, selected artistic interests, your answer about augmented-reality art, the page where you joined, and a record of your consent. Mailchimp processes the email subscription and delivery. A confirmation email is required before marketing messages begin.
Your choices
You may update your Mailchimp preferences or unsubscribe through the link in every message. Unsubscribed, cleaned, and complaint states are retained only as needed to honor the choice and prevent accidental resubscription.
Orders
Stripe processes payment details and Printful receives the information required to produce and ship an order. Apollo XR never enrolls customers in collector updates merely because they purchased something.
Access and deletion
To request access, correction, or deletion of collector information, email studio@apolloxrstudio.com. Some suppression records may be retained when necessary to respect an unsubscribe or legal obligation.
Service providers
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, storage, and bot protection; Mailchimp for email delivery; Stripe for payments; and Printful for fulfillment. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role.
